Grass Run Farms® Southwest Burger

A good-ole grilled cheeseburger is always a good idea no matter the season. Burgers bring good conversation, cook-time is quick, and they're easy to make in bulk, which is perfect for backyard dinner gatherings or tailgates. To put some extra, unexpected zing to the traditional cheeseburger, our friends at Grass Run Farms® have added a Southwest spin with guacamole and salsa. Build the burgers before serving, or place the toppings in small serving dishes for a BYOB (build-your-own-burger) line. Let's get to grilling!
